so i've got this visa appointment on the 23rd and I really should be putting together my "dossier" but it's soooooo hot and humid and i have a hard time concentrating on stuff like that when my son is around. yeah, blame it on a 3 year old. nice.
is it me or does it seem like the movers require more paperwork than the visa? especially since i am the spouse of a frenchie.

well, it is a lot of work and especially since half the time the papers don't really even get looked at. but one does what one must.
and hey, I'm a lady of France now! yay, me!
Just go to your appointments with twice as many photocopies as requested and all should go well. It wouldn't be as much fun without the challenge and the uncertainty!
Have fun and keep smiling!
jnrr and lf - thanks for your support!
Stephanie,
Thank you for stopping by to tell me about Riana's response to my alter-ego comment. That was a huge lapse of attention on my part and I regretted it greatly when I realized what I had done--the entity, of course, not the comment to R! I could have kicked myself into next weekend, but there was nothing I could do to correct it.
Please don't be offended that I deleted your comment. I don't want to mix up LF with TGW, if you get my drift. Please accept my apologies and my comment here as my response you know where;>). Duh...
I hope I never do that again.
So much for my gross errors. What's up with your impending move. Don't you love reading about JNRR's daily doings in Brantôme?
Please come back to see me at Halfway To France and I'll try to stay "in character" from here on out.
The other blog is something entirely different and not my area at all. I'm just TGW.
Amitiés,
